T.E.A.M. CHURCH
#1 TEACH
Teaching and equipping will happen virtually. It is our heart to present the Word Biblically! Teaching will come through weekly virtual worship, quarterly pastoral development, classes, Bible studies, weekly/daily inspirational videos and text messages.
#2 EQUIP
Teaching and equipping will happen virtually. Equipping will also take place through quarterly pastoral development, classes, and other means.
#3 ADVANCE
We will mobilize people to advance God's kingdom agenda locally. This will be accomplished through a network of house churches. Leaders will be equipped to mobilize people to advance the kingdom by loving and doing good in their neighborhoods. There will be a monthly prayer focus and each House church should have a monthly or quarterly project to share with the T.E.A.M.
#4 MOBILIZE
We will mobilize people to advance God's kingdom agenda locally. House churches will establish leadership teams with projects that contribute to the good of their community. We expect to launch house churches globally that mobilize and advance locally.
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10.24-25, NIV).
"Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God" (Hebrews 13.15-16, ESV).
Mission & Vision
The mission of T.E.A.M. Church is to be a Great Commission Church (Matthew 28.18-20) that teaches, equips, advances God's kingdom and mobilizes people through a global network of house churches who love their neighbors and do good.
T.E.A.M. Church's vision is to have glocal impact. A global network of house churches loving, serving, and doing good in their own locale. Teaching & equipping happen virtually, but house churches mobilize locally to advance God's kingdom agenda.
We believe in the Trinity-God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.
Deut. 6.4; John 6.27; John 7.39; I John 5.20; Luke 4.1
We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God and all things written are true, has been and shall be accomplished. All Scripture is God breathed.
II Timothy 3.15-17
We believe in the virgin birth of Christ, that He was sinless, was fully God and fully man, died, was buried, and resurrected.
Isaiah 7.14; Matt. 1.23; II Cor. 5.21; John 5.17-30; Matt. 27.45-66; Mark 15.33-47; Luke 23.44-56; John 19.28-42; Matt. 28.1-15; Mark 16.1-8; Luke 24.1-12; John 20.1-10
We believe Salvation is a gift and is received by grace through faith apart from works.
Ephesians 2.1-10; Romans 10.9-13
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers in Jesus Christ once they are saved, and that believers should separate themselves from sin.
John 14.16-18; Ephesians 4.17-32; 5.15-21
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a subsequent experience to the indwelling of the Holy Spirit received when one first accepts Christ into their heart. We believe this gift is available to all believers and it provides power to be a witness, speak in other tongues, prophesy, heal, and perform other spiritual gifts.
Acts 1.8; 2.4; 10.44-48; I Cor. 12.1-11
We believe in Divine healing and that Christ took 39 stripes for our healing.
Isaiah 53.5; I Peter 2.24; James 5.14-15
We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper (Communion/ Eucharist) are ordinances/sacraments of the church. Baptism is the outward response or act to an inward change. Christ said when receiving the Lord’s Supper, “do this in remembrance of me.”
Acts 2.38; Romans 6.3-10; Luke 22.19; I Cor. 11.24
We believe in 5-fold ministry for the equipping of the saints for works of service and the edifying of the Body of Christ until we reach maturity attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4.1-16
We believe in the visible, bodily return of Christ to this earth to claim His bride.
I Thessalonians 4.13-18; Rev. 1.7
We believe in personal and social holiness.
Leviticus 19.2; Matthew 5.48
We believe that sexual intimacy and marriage were instituted by God to be entered into and enjoyed between one man and one woman for life.
Genesis 2.18-25

GIVING
We are a church, and yes, giving is a part of kingdom stewardship (Matthew 25:14-30, 1 Peter 4:10, and Colossians 3:23-24). We give our time, talent, and treasure to God's kingdom each and every day. Our giving, however, will not be focused on buying buildings, but on advancing the Kingdom by mobilizing people to serve, love, and do good. We will ask T.E.A.M. Members and T.E.A.M. Mates to partner in this ministry on a regular basis to fund projects and community efforts. A designated bank account has been established and a giving link will be provided in all marketing materials and online (see below) for the purpose of collecting monetary resources to help house churches mobilize and advance God's agenda locally. Please give your time, talent, and treasure to kingdom advancement!
"Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God" (Hebrews 13.15-16, ESV).
